Various affiliate networks came about. The best among them in my opinion is Clickbank. So far, Clickbank has maintained its good reputation and credibility to its merchants and affiliates… The best part of being an affiliate of ClickBank is that it’s so easy to get started because there are thousands of unique products to promote – and it’s free to join. Once you have a ClickBank account, go to the Marketplace and browse it to find products that you have an interest in and/or that you or someone you know would buy. Aside from Clickbank, another good venue is Paydotcom. Like Clickbank, it also provides us ample of good products to promote online.

When you have already picked the products to promote on, your affiliate links are ready for people to know. And while, you still don’t have much people on the list online to share with I suggest that you subscribe to List Builders.

List Builders

With your limited budget on hand, at a price of $197 annual you may subscribe to either of these list builders: ViralUrl or ListJoe. What these list builders do? They provide the MASSIVE list of customers for you! For both builders, a gold member (at the price I just mentioned above) can send his affiliate links to 3000 emails every 3 days or 30,000 emails every month! This is a HUGE value!

With this already set up, you’re online business is up and moving at minimum cost of actually less than $200 annual budget…

Reality though is, the MORE MASSIVE your list is the BETTER… If you have more budget, I highly recommend to use both the ViralUrl & ListJoe list builder services.

The arrival of social networks nowadays has not just linked us to family and friends but also, to our prospective customers.

Follow 250 people a day and follow those people who follow you. Make sure you tweet valuable content. If you stumbled upon Michael Jones’ The Affiliate Code you must have been so curious or perhaps just numb about it! With the countless e-lessons on the net for sale, feeling sick about hearing the same selling tune is normal. However, I must admit that I was so intrigued by that video that I decided to do a real research about this product.

When I first started my internet wealth building ventures, I also have invested and bought almost everything about internet and affiliate marketing thinking and hoping that I would find THE SECRET to fast, quick income. But I must say that I saw more scams than money for a long time.

I was fascinated though, about The Clickbank Code of Michael Jones earlier product, and I really wanted to know what the difference was with this training coming only a few months after the previous one.

Anyway, with my 9 years in this venture I know now how to recognize a rubbish product and I decided to finally share my opinion about The Affiliate Code based on an in-depth research.

What is The Affiliate Code all about?

Michael Jones, being the author of The Clickbank Code has gained respect when it broke the Clickbank sales records. The Clickbank Code remains number one among Clickbank’s Best sellers during 12 weeks and I believe it holds true until today.

The Clickbank Code is an internet marketing training composed of 28 videos explaining how to make money online by promoting Clickbank products.

However, the problem with The Clickbank Code is that it is not really for complete beginners and some people were disappointed by the fact that some techniques required to put some money on the table (PPC and others). Moreover, the training was really assuming that you had solid basis which was really confusing for real beginners.

So even though, The Clickbank Code had much success with experienced Affiliate and Internet Marketers, I really think that some newbie were lost and even disappointed.

I guess that’s one of the reasons why Michael Jones came back. With this new product, The Affiliate Code, it caters to the newbie or false beginners’ needs.

In particular, The Affiliate Code is a set of training videos that will show you step by step method to make money online from affiliate programs using only FREE traffic techniques done and explained in a way that beginners can comprehend and apply them to their affiliate business.

You must be wondering why I am talking about the Clickbank Code here. It is simply because I want to find out a person’s track record in the past, before I buy anything from him.

So, is The Clickbank Code a good product?

I would say yes BUT, it is more designed for intermediate affiliate marketers and possibly showed them the better way of maximizing their time and income.

Although a part of the training programs contains common information, there were still some tricky details that impressed me and added to the effectiveness of my strategies. The way in which Michael Jones taught his techniques made everything become easy to follow and easy to implement.

The Affiliate Code

First of all, I have accessed the product and reviewed it myself so I’m not just going to tell you hearsay nor just draw a bunch of crap to you.

It comes in 8 modules on specific lessons and an additional 1 module, being a Bonus module on vital topics that are presented in training videos which are very clear and concise. You’ll learn everything from how to choose the right niche and keywords, how to set up your entire affiliate system and even put it on autopilot to how to duplicate your system again and again.

The Affiliate Code covers over 8 ½ hours of training. With its simplicity, I would say that it’s not impossible for you not to be able to learn how to build your affiliate business from scratch. More interestingly, you can start putting up your affiliate business using only just FREE marketing methods.

I understand that I don’t have the liberty to spell out every detail of the training course so the least that I can do, is give you the overview of the program:

Module 1: Choosing Your Niche
This module contains 9 videos showing how to choose a niche and how to test it to see if this niche is really a profitable one.

Module 2: Choosing The Right Product to Promote
This module contains 4 videos showing exactly how to determine if a product will be a hot seller or not either digital or physical products.

Module 3: Building Your Affiliate Website The Right Way
You’ll learn from here (4 videos) how to build your affiliate website. This module is rather technical and explains to you all the techy stuffs you need to know such as how to upload it to a server, how to build a site template and many more..

Module 4: Using an Autoresponder
In the 3 videos of this module, Michael Jones reveals the secret of automation that is shared by all big affiliates. You’ll be taught how to automate things to build an income on autopilot.

Module 5: Copywriting Strategy
These 9 videos will reveal how to write in order to convert each visitor into a buyer (incredible tips).

Module 6: Free Traffic Killer Techniques
This unveils the purpose of the Affiliate Code. Here, you’ll learn every little thing to get huge traffic to your site without paying anything in 4 videos.

Module 7: Tracking to Improve Your System
This module contains 4 videos telling you how to track your website visits in order to know which technique brings you the best results.

Module 8: Scaling it Up
These last 2 videos give you an overview of all the killer FREE system you set up and show you how to take your system into the next level.

Module 9: BONUS Video on Incredible Free Traffic Tactics
Emphasis on an in depth discussion on free traffic tactics as well as the best of SEO, keyword optimization, the best of Pay per Click and many more vital lessons are stressed on this module.

Interesting topics aren’t they?

Unlike the Clickbank Code, the Affiliate Code will teach you how to make money with any, as in any affiliate program available from digital and physical products. His system works for any affiliate business and not just for Clickbank affiliates only.

Another strong point to consider also is that The Affiliate Code focuses only on using FREE traffic techniques to make money online. No more huge bills on commercial pay-scheme traffics!

Some other cool things that you will learn in The Affiliate Code are:

• How to get higher rankings within few hours instead of days.

These could be nothing revolutionary for experienced affiliates but to those true newbie and false beginners, this tool is exactly what you need.

AS you start your affiliate business, this is good for you because The Affiliate Code provides you a complete, comprehensive and proven system to start your business right. I should say that the learning curve is reduced since you need not pass through the stage of testing the techniques. Michael Jones already did it for you!

And when you put some efforts in it, you’ll be able to see results quickly.

But quite frankly and realistically,

Don’t expect to receive $65,000 within a month that you start up. But don’t worry you’re on your way there… especially if you apply correctly the lessons learned!

If Michael Jones has managed to get so much in such a short period of time then good for him. Simply remember that you’re not Michael Jones and that you’ll have to learn first, TAKE ACTION and harvest good results of your labor sooner.

You’ll have to put real efforts in this if you want to get results. Don’t expect to make money simply by watching the videos. Put everything you learn into practice.

The thing is, you only make money online when you work hard and smart for it.

The basic aim of The Affiliate Code is to help you start the right way using free methods to reduce strongly your start up costs.

Don’t buy into the sales hype otherwise you’ll be disappointed. However, if you follow what Michael Jones say then i do believe that you could definitely see sales coming in a relatively short period depending on the time you spent on setting everything up.

So set realistic goals to keep you motivated.

In my humble opinion, I honestly think that if you follow the plan that is laid out in front of you then you’ll make money with The Affiliate Code.
As to how huge and how fast it would be, depends on how you applied these techniques to your business and how much time you put on it.

The Good Points

First of all, the fact that the training is available in videos is a very good point for me. In fact, we all know that e-books have very little chance to be read. Videos are more interesting and will make you take action faster.

If you’re struggling to make real money with affiliate products, if you’re tired of paying for traffic then the Affiliate Code may be the answer to your problems. I must say that the content is pretty good, more than I expected. Beginners will appreciate the time spent on the niche and product research stages which are really important when starting out.

Michael Jones will share his knowledge that made him earn a lot of money on the internet. The guy definitely knows what he’s talking about.

Now, will you earn $65000 within a month? The answer is pretty simple:
No, Not Yet! Don’t expect to make huge money in a week or a month because putting all this into practice takes some time but you have to go through these steps to start seeing sales coming.

Be reasonable! You have to learn how to make money online before actually making money online. There’s a learning curve that varies with each one’s abilities. So take your time but TAKE ACTION! Lots of us, affiliate marketers, just buy all kinds of affiliate marketing e-books and never take action THEN complain.

Keep in mind that NO ACTION means NO GAIN.

It may take some time to some of you to implement all the techniques right away, but with the proven traffic techniques you’ll learn, I’m pretty sure that it will take you little effort to see results. The best part is that once you set up everything, you can expect continued traffic and sales for years.

That’s what makes Michael Jones’s traffic techniques so beautiful.

The Not So Good Points

This course won’t help affiliates who are already making it online. So if you know already all the things presented here, I don’t think this will be of any value to you instead, The Clickbank Code is a better choice.

For beginners (this time), the result may not be fast as you might have thought after watching the pre launch video. In fact, The Affiliate Code is not a Miracle but a training program teaching you techniques that YOU have to implement before seeing results. But don’t worry because I can help you speed things up. Just subscribe to my blog so I can constantly update you with the latest marketing tips.

My Final Thoughts About “The Affiliate Code”…

It’s undeniable that this training is designed for a specific audience such as newbie, false beginners or people who want to use only free traffic strategies. But if you’re not ready to put in the effort needed to make it work for you then The Affiliate Code, as well as any other product available out there, are not for you.

Do me a favor, don’t buy the hype-pitched sales letters and don’t just buy it and expect to make a 5 figure income within 30 days of buying it.

Truth is, making REAL HUGE SUMS of money online takes time and effort…
The Affiliate Code has the right training structure to help you achieve reasonable goals but it won’t happen overnight.

Having said so, if you’ re ready to dedicate a few months to make a full time income online and if, after reading my review, you think that you can learn a lot from this product, then I recommend that you seriously consider buying The Affiliate Code.

I made it my job to give a complete overview of what you can expect from The Affiliate Code. Now here is my personal opinion on whether or not you should buy The Affiliate Code.

Make a commitment to yourself that you will follow every technique and lessons taught in The Affiliate Code training videos till the end. If you do so, it is ALL WORTH your dime.

3 Simple Steps to Start Making Money Online without Spending a Fortune.

Aside from Clickbank, you can also create another income stream with Plimus, Internet Marketing Center, Commission Junction, PayDotCom and many more affiliate networks and merchants.

Step #2 : Look For Products To Promote.

One of the main ingredients to successfully make tons of cash with the internet is to promote sellable products—products that people need. To guide you how to choose the right product to promote, please refer to my separate post “Choosing the Right Product to Promote”.

Step #3: Promote your Product Online

Let your customers know that you have a product that they are looking for by sharing it to them. You can start by sending email to people you know that has a need of your product. You can also send email to all your contacts, who knows they might be looking for that product too.

There are many ways and strategies on how to market your product in the internet. You can advertise it in frequently visited websites, such as Google, Yahoo, MSN and many more, but this will cost you a fortune if you don’t know how to properly advertise it on those websites.

For beginners, I would suggest marketing your business for FREE. Right now the best free way to promote your business is by riding the popularity of Twitter. (To know more about twitter, please read my separate post about “My Best Twitter Tutorial Videos”)

I myself am using Twitter when I finally discover its usefulness in finding and expanding my list of customers and clients for my online business.

Twitter Automation Tool

You can also use tools to automate your Twitter marketing campaign. There are plenty of available Twitter tools that you can use to automate your marketing campaign. One of the tools that I personally use and help me get more targeted Twitter followers and automate Twitter posts is the TweetAdder.

One of the ways that can give you immediate result is by email marketing. You can start sending emails to your contacts. To expand the list of your contacts, you can tap the services of the list builders and use their existing contact lists.

These are the list builders that I subscribed and which turned out to be most productive and useful for me in generating constant supply of customers.

The quickest way to look for products to promote in the Internet is through affiliate networks.

One of the most popular affiliate networks is Clickbank. Though I am using Clickbank in this blog post, the same strategy could also be applied to other affiliate networks such as Commission Junction, PayDotCom, High Profits and many more….

As to my personal experience with Clickbank, it gives me a wide array of options on the products to promote online and the massive profits I enjoyed from it. If you don’t have a Clickbank account, I highly recommend you to grab one now… it will only take you 2 minutes to register and it’s free. The image above is an example of the Clickbank marketplace using the keyword “fat loss”. The #1 position indicates that it is the most popular affiliate product of Clickbank under the keyword “fat loss” with which items such as the product name, title and description are being stressed. To decide which to promote from among the product rankings we should focus our evaluation on the last set of items expressing the following: $/sale (check average commission), %/sale (commission %), gravity and % referred.

$/sale: $19.23 – This indicates the average commission payout (after refunds) of the said affiliate product.
I would not recommend promoting any Clickbank affiliate product that will let me earn less than $10/sale on a PPC marketing campaign for it will not compensate one’s effort and time unless otherwise the product is highly in demand.

%/sale: 75.0% – This stresses out the percentage commission that you can get on each sale per product.

Normally, the above percentile mentioned is the highest percentage commission that a product affiliate can offer. Personally, I don’t promote a digital product unless it gives me at least 60% commission rate. Frankly, we are the ones generating the revenues, so we deserve more than 50% of the profit.

%refd: 95% – Is the percentage of total sales for this product that come from affiliate marketer’s effort.

In this case, 95% is a very impressive rate! This means that affiliates are driving almost all sales of this product. This is a good indication of the efficiency of the affiliate marketing of the said product affiliate. Likewise, this could also mean that the merchant is not competing with its affiliate marketer sand is highly entrusting their products and services to its affiliate marketers.

grav: 280.00 – This is simply a weighted number of affiliates who have sold at least one product over the last 8 weeks.

Whether the affiliate marketer sold more than once on this product, the count is still 1. So 280 gravity means that there are 280 affiliate marketers who sold the product at least once in the last 8 weeks. The higher the gravity, the higher the number of people making profit out from it and it is one of the indicators that the product is highly marketable.

Pitch Page Consideration

Aside from the commission and statistics consideration, it is also important to consider the Pitch Page or popularly known as Landing Page or sales page.

As you can see, the page is nicely done. It is designed professionally and is very attractive. The content clearly tells you about the benefits that you can get from the product. Having said so, product affiliate such as this is worth promoting.

However, as a friendly advise examine the landing page of each product affiliate that you wish to promote. What you need to avoid is promoting an Affiliate Product with a landing page containing a Capture Visitor’s Info as illustrated below.

As much as possible, try to avoid pitch pages that contains visitor capture pages. This is to avoid some merchants from hijacking your customers. Be smart, be alert all the time!
